As we continue the Arts and the Heart Campaign, we are seeking financial support to help achieve our ambitious goals. Funds raised will assist in our efforts to gather input from subject matter experts, initiate research and community outreach programs, and establish an evaluation framework.

We have established four levels of giving to help you decide what degree of participation is the right fit for you. Which will you play? All donors will be acknowledged in Campaign printed materials  and on the Arts and the Heart web-page.

Producer Level	$10,000 or above
Director Level	$2,500 to $9,999
Leading Actor	$1,000 to $2,499
Supporting Cast	Up to $999

Your tax-deductible contribution will support each of the following core
Campaign components:

1. Sharing and implementing the results of a ground breaking leadership roundtable that brought together acclaimed artists with leading experts in public health and medicine to expand the boundaries of what is known in this arena and chart a course for further exploration
2. The development and distribution of innovative community outreach program models and concepts, which will probe new areas of opportunity and maximize benefit and effectiveness
3. A multi-faceted research program that will begin to define the key questions, methods and principles by which additional new knowledge can be developed and put to use
